Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a mix of charm and comfort with beautifully presented, if slightly dated, rooms that are incredibly cozy. The service goes above and beyond, especially for special occasions, although some areas lack attentiveness. Dining options, while pleasant, may become repetitive over an extended stay. Overall, a delightful stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely room with a small but full kitchen and a HUGE nice bath, hot tub, and shower, although it looked a bit dark and claustrophobic at first. The furnishings matched the resort's status as the oldest in Barbados.
The hotel offers amazing rooms with full kitchen, washer and dryer, plunge pool, and breathtaking views of the cliffs. The service is top-notch with extremely welcoming and helpful staff. The location is attractive with well-kept surroundings, although the surf can be rough. The dining experience is delightful with fresh and plentiful options. Overall, a wonderful place with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers outstanding rooms located at the far-end of the resort that are gorgeous but lacked complimentary slippers and robes. The service is absolutely amazing, with cheerful staff like Danielle and Shelley who go above and beyond. The location is good, close to amenities but a bit secluded. Dining was outstanding at L'Azure but overpriced at other restaurants. The facilities are top-notch.
Our stay at the Crane Resort was truly remarkable. The room we stayed in, overlooking the cliff to the beach, was stunning and very spacious for two people. The service, from the airport pickup to the hospitality during our stay, was exceptional. The location offered a mix of serene beauty and access to nearby attractions, despite some limited shady spots. While the dining experience had its ups and downs, the overall facilities provided a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were spacious and probably larger than what I would have received at Hilton for a higher price. They were serviced daily to a standard I have never seen before, which was crucial considering how hot Barbados is. However, the food choices outside the hotel were limited to 1 restaurant and 1 cafe.
The hotel offers awesome rooms with huge balconies overlooking the beach, and the convenience of a nearby grocery store for preparing meals in your suite. However, the check-in process was a bit slow at times.
